Are stops or intermediate waypoints possible?
Stops for the overall duration of 20 minutes (without route change) are included in the price of your trip. Longer stops or route changes may be subject to additional charges. For further information we invite you to send us an email to info@taxiraimund.it or to contact our 24/7 call-centre at +39 0471 849266 or +39 335 5771896.

Do you accept pets?
Your four-legged friends are welcome on board our vehicles. For safety reasons, we ask you, if possible, to use an appropriate travel crate (not provided by the taxi company) and to inform us about travelling with pets at the moment of trip reservation.

Is luggage and sports equipment transportation included in the price?
Yes, your luggage and sports equipment transportation is included in the price. If you are travelling with particularly bulky luggage, as well as skis, snowboards, bikes, etc. (especially in big quantities), we kindly ask you to inform us in advance, in order to get a properly equipped vehicle. The service of luggage transportation for hikers and mountain bikers or cyclists who follow the High Routes and the cycling trails across the Dolomites is obviously fee-based.

What shall I do if my flight is delayed?
Airport transfers of Verona, Venice, Milan, Innsbruck or others towards the mountain resorts of Alta Badia like San Cassiano or Corvara, Val Gardena (Ortisei, Selva, Santa Cristina), Val di Fassa (Canazei, Moena), Cortina d'Ampezzo and Arabba include 90 minutes of free waiting time at the airport. In any case, to avoid inconveniences for both parties, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible whenever a delay (especially a heavy one) is expected already before boarding.

Tolls and parking fees should be paid extra?
No, all tolls and parking fees (if any) are already included in the price of your trip.

Is it possible to request an English-speaking driver?
Of course! Taxi Raimund's in Alta Badia team features drivers who, in addition to Italian and German (both are official languages of South Tyrol), also speak English or Spanish. Please inform us about your wish during the trip reservation.
