Step #1 Your trip details
During the process of online reservation you will be asked to provide such essential information as pickup time and location, destination, number of passengers and vehicle class. In response, the system will immediately calculate our best offer for the requested trip. In order to let us offer you a high-quality service, please don't forget to indicate if you'll be travelling with children (and their age), pets, sports equipment or bulky luggage.
Step #2 Booking confirmation
If you are satisfied with our offer, accept it in a single click and get an immediate booking confirmation by email. Advance payment is requested for all bookings and can be paid in a secure way on our website by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, EnRoute). Shortly before the trip you will receive a reminder with vehicle details and your driver's direct phone number.
Step #3 In case of changes
Should there be a change in your plans, concerning our services, we kindly ask you to inform us about it as soon as possible by e-mail info@taxiraimund.it or by phone +39 0471 849266 or +39 335 5771896 (24/7). Changes or cancellations communicated more than 24 hours before original pickup time aren't subject to penalties (in case of pre-payment by credit card, credit card fees will be retained). In case of changes and cancellations made less than 24 hours before original pickup time, we still try to meet, whenever possible, your requirements, approaching every situation in an individual manner.
